Summer Farro Salad (32 oz)

Farro with charred corn, zucchini, feta, pickled red onions, and mint.  

Ingredients:  pickled red onions (vinegar, cane sugar, kosher salt) dressing: red wine vinegar, garlic, lemon, honey, organic olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper.
