Sweet Potatoes with Tahini and Peanut Chili Crisp (Serves 2)

Roasted until golden and served with both a zesty tahini and a spicy peanut chili crisp  (v, gf)

Ingredients: sweet potato, organic olive oil, kosher salt. Tahini dressing: tahini, gluten free soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, lime. Peanut chili crisp: peanuts, chili peppers, sesame seeds, garlic, coconut sugar, gluten-free soy sauce, avocado oil, kosher salt.
