Ingredients: Meatballs: ground chicken, garlic, shallots, mint, tamari, kosher salt, coconut sugar, basmati rice, avocado oil.  Bibb or gem lettuce. Pickled cucumbers: cucumbers, rice vinegar, organic cane sugar, kosher salt. Peanut sauce: natural peanut butter, lime juice, rice vinegar, tamari, sesame oil, maple syrup, ginger, filtered water.
